Terms of Service - Roblox Checker

These Terms govern your use of the namelot Roblox username checker (the "Roblox Checker"), part of the namelot username tools owned and operated by namelot. By using the Roblox Checker you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Roblox Checker does

The {plat} Checker sends usernames you provide to public Roblox web APIs and reports whether each username is available, taken, blocked by Roblox moderation, or attached to a banned account. It also offers continuous modes (a watchlist and Infinite) that keep checking until you stop them, and can surface a taken account's age and previous usernames. It never creates, modifies, or logs into Roblox accounts and never asks for your Roblox credentials.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Roblox Checker only for its intended purpose: checking username availability.
• Do not attempt to overload, abuse, or disrupt the Checker or the third-party services it relies on.
• Do not use the Checker to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone.
• You are responsible for complying with Roblox's own terms of use when registering or changing any username.

3. Your optional integrations

If you configure web proxy relays, a Discord webhook, or a Telegram bot in Settings, those integrations run at your direction: your browser or our worker contacts the services you chose, using the addresses and credentials you entered. You are responsible for having the right to use them.

4. No warranty

The Roblox Checker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Availability results depend on third-party systems and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee that any username shown as available can actually be registered.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, namelot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Roblox Checker, including decisions made based on availability results.

6. Third-party services

The Checker relies on publicly accessible endpoints operated by Roblox Corporation and other third parties (such as random.org and community proxy services), plus Discord's and Telegram's APIs when you configure alerts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their behavior or availability.

7. Intellectual property

The Roblox Checker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and associated marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
